Peak Season refers to 15 Dec to 31 Jan and long weekends
The house is now available for weddings and functions but there is a limit of 30 people per function.
Children under 5 years old are free
One dog welcome with guests if all waste removed from property.
Booking and Cancellation Policy:
Bookings can be secured with a payment of 50% of the total accommodation cost by credit card or direct deposit.
The final payment is due 1 week prior to your stay
Cancellation outside 30 days of stay no fee.
Cancellation inside 30 days of stay 50% of fee.
